EX & CO Office, through its activities : Consultancy in the Maritime sector, Project Management, Energy, Oil & Gas, Decisional Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance and Taxation, has as priesthood to perfect the business of its clients by giving them the means to get inside a continuous improvement cycle. That continuous improvement will be ensured by assisting our partners (based on on-time and/or incidental analysis and/or long or short term monitoirng) to find out ; in their different field of activities, the weak points ; the strenghts ; the defections and variations causes; and to determine and implement (according to our conclusions and recommendations) the best required actions to positively influence the performance levers and ensure ≪ a plus ≫.
The relevance and appropriateness of such analysis will be guanranted, firstly, by the expertises of internal consultants : Approved Marine Surveyor (Hull & Machinery), post-graduated in Project Management (MSc) with a specialization in Energy Oil & Gas, who has a background of merchant marine engineer and more than 15 years of experience as marine chief engineer; Post-graduated in Finance with a great experience and a mastering of Senegalese taxation system ; Post-graduated in Mathematical Sciences, specialized in Statistics with a great experience in Data Science ; secondly by the use of all available expertise as external consultants'inputs and Subject Matter Experts ≫ (marine chief engineers,surveyors, engineers, staticians, teachers, managers, specialists . . .), and lastly by a constant concern of continuous research and updating with regards to new evolutions.
